Returns Eligibility:

You may return items within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene standards and production processes, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items (Print-on-Demand T-shirts)

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@bakingfit.com with your order number and detailed photographs of the issue. We’ll promptly review your request and issue a replacement or refund accordingly.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at contact@bakingfit.com stating your order number, the reason for your return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

  2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging.

  3. Clearly label your package with the following return address:

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days, credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer might take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchange Policy:

We are happy to facilitate exchanges for eligible items. Please specify your desired replacement clearly when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Address Changes:

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@bakingfit.com. We can change addresses only if the order has not yet shipped.

Additional Notes:

  • Taxes and Fees: Customers will not incur any additional taxes or fees for returned items.

  • International Returns: All returns must be sent directly to our warehouse in the USA. We do not accept returns sent directly to Vietnam.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged and correctly shipped to our return address. We do not assume responsibility for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.
